I've decided that while P90X is good for me, mostly because it's in class form it gets me to class and there, ready to workout. Yes, even at 9 am Saturday morning. I need more. So, Tueday I went for a bike ride AND did P90X and I wanted to do more, but didn't have the time. lol. Let's see how long that lasts. And yesterday I went jogging. I haven't been jogging in a long time. Not since California because I've been worried about my ankle. But ankle was fine and I felt like I could go longer without dying or being super short of breath. I think that has something to do with the P90X workouts. Like I'm improving my core, so that helps me with other activities.
Just a side note on bike riding: It is awesome! I've forgotten how exhilarating it is: the wind, the speed, the feeling of freedom. I realize that some peeps are like, hey, we have snow, biking is out. Well, I've got three words for you: come to texas! I'm kidding.
